Working out your wedding flower budget can seem daunting but we are here to help assist you with budgeting your wedding flowers. To help we have a price guideline you can use to enable you to gain a ballpark figure to allocate in your overall wedding budget. Upon further discussion of your requirement we can put together a more personalised and accurate quotation to incorporate your designs of choice and any bespoke wishes.
What determines the cost?
The main things that determine the cost of wedding flowers is the size of the designs and the flower varieties requested for the time of year of your wedding. Leaving the choice of flowers to the florists at Viva enables us to use the best the season has to offer and can be more cost effective. Also to bear in mind a logistics and labour cost depending on where your venue is and whether staff is required to remain on site during the day after the initial install for a room turnaround after
Fresh & Faux Flower Options
Viva work with and supply both fresh and faux flowers to suit preference and budget. All designs can be made purely in fresh flowers and costed according to the requirement of each arrangement/design. We have faux floral options available to hire in individual items or as a package. Details you can view on the price list.
Bridal Flowers - Bride's Bouquet
We recommend using seasonal flower and foliage which will always include stunning roses unless if asked not to, we will select from the best the season has to offer in your chosen colour pallette. Bouquets are finished beautifully with ribbons of choice.

Bridesmaids Flowers

Top Table Flowers
Top table flowers are usually priced per foot so you can easily work out what size florals you need according to how many people seated at the top table - Sweetheart tables approximately 6ft - 8/10 people approximately 16/20ft - your venue will advise you what size table they will provide to seat you and your top table guests.
